Make Conscious Choices

Shredded chicken, plain Greek yogurt, spinach, celery, grapes, walnuts, cinnamon and cayenne pepper



As usual, I cook what I can ahead of time.  I baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts and stored them in the fridge for the week. For Taco Tuesday, I cut up enough stips of chicken for a couple of tacos.
