Prepare 2 cups steel cut oats according to package, using almond milk as the liquid.
Add 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup blueberries, 2/3 cup sliced strawberries, 1 sliced banana. Stir into oats.
I added pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds to mine. You can throw in any mix of nuts and seeds for added fiber!
Pour everything into an 8x8 pan, top with a little extra fruit/nuts/seeds.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes!
*Tip: I portion this out into tupperware to take with me in the mornings to work. Saves time in our busy days!
