1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes 3 tablespoons evoo 1 onion, chopped 1 can crushed tomatoes, chopped I c sautéed mushrooms 1 c dry white wine 4 cloves garlic, chopped 3 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves Fresh, chopped basil (I add a lot!) Season with oregano and salt 2-3 Zucchinis, spiralized or sliced like noodles
